Trasmesso per la prima volta nell’ottobre 2018, è stato ripreso a marzo 2019 lo spot della nuova Skoda Fabia Twin Color, che segue lo spot 2018 che utilizzava il brano My Head Is A Jungle di Wankelmut.

Ma qual è il titolo dell’orecchiabile canzone (non proprio recente) che sentiamo in questa pubblicità? Ve lo svelo appena dopo il video, la versione di 15 e da 30 secondi..
Bizarre Love Triangle (qui il testo e l’audio) del gruppo rock-synthpop inglese New Order estratta come primo singolo singolo dal quarto album in studio Brotherhood, ma attenzione, quella dello spot è una cover di una cantante non meglio specificata, una versione completamente riarrangiata che a primo acchito può sembrare differente. Per la cronaca, sono stati parecchi gli artisti che incisero la cover di questo pezzo. Edit: la cover è dei Nouvelle Vague (video).
Scritto da Gillian Gilbert, Peter Hook, Stephen Morris & Bernard Sumner e prodotto dal gruppo, questo pezzo è stato rilasciato il 5 novembre 1986. Nel 2004, venne collocato al numero 204 della “lista dei 500 brani più belli della storia” stilata dalla rivista britannica Rolling Stone. La canzone è stata rilasciata in diverse versioni, tra le quali quella utilizzata nel film del 1988, “Una vedova allegra… ma non troppo” e quella usata come sottofondo sonoro nel lungometraggio “(S)Ex List”. Il video musicale è invece ispirato a una serie di litografie di Robert Longo chiamate “Men in the Cities”. Il filmato è stato diretto dallo stesso Longo.
