Lo scorso 28 ottobre, Alicia Keys ha rilasciato il nuovo brano Holy War, come singolo promozionale dell’atteso sesto album in studio Here, che vedrà la luce il 4 novembre 2016.
Dopo “In Common” e “Blended Family (What You Do for Love)”, la star statunitense ha reso disponibile questa significativa canzone, scritta insieme a Billy Walsh e Carlo Montagnese, in arte Illangelo. La Keys e quest’ultimo, hanno curato la produzione del brano, nel quale la cantante parla della cosiddetta “guerra santa”, dicendo come potrebbe essere il mondo e le persone che lo popolano, se davanti all’odio ed il peccato, mettessimo l’amore ed il perdono.
