Vi presentiamo la nuova versione di Castle di Halsey, incisa per la colonna sonora del film Il cacciatore e la regina di ghiaccio (The Huntsman: Winter’s War), pellicola diretta da Cedric Nicolas-Troyan, distribuita in Italia dal 6 aprile 2016. La soundtrack del film (qui la tracklist e il preorder) sarà invece disponibile dal prossimo 15 aprile ed includerà 21 pezzi incisi dal compositore statunitense James Newton Howard, più la track in questione disponibile negli store digitali dall’8 aprile. La canzone è stata originariamente inclusa nel disco d’esordio della giovane e talentuosa cantautrice statunitense, Ashley Nicolette Frangipane in arte Halsey, intitolato Badlands, pubblicato lo scorso 28 agosto.
Il pezzo in questione è anche stato utilizzato per il trailer della nuova pellicola, prequel/spin-off del film del 2012 Biancaneve e il cacciatore.
Il brano è stato scritto dall’interprete insieme al norvegese Peder Losnegård in arte Lido, che ha anche curato la produzione.

Aggiornamento: è online il video ufficiale di Castle, che propone un miscuglio fra scene girate appositamente ed altre estratte dal film. Nelle immagini vediamo Halsey indossare abiti simili a quelli che alcuni personaggi del lungometraggio indosseranno.
