Alarm è un singolo della cantautrice britannica Anne-Marie Nicholson, rilasciato il 20 maggio 2016. Dallo scorso 8 luglio, il brano è anche disponibile in un EP contenente i remixes. Nello specifico, sono incluse le versioni Naughty Boy Remix, Oliver Nelson Remix, TroyBoi Remix e Marshmello, tutti ascoltabili su Youtube, Spotify ecc.
Dopo essersi fatta un nome, grazie al featuring con i Rudimental sulle note di Rumour Mill, la cantante inglese ha sfornato questo bel pezzo, firmato dall’interprete classe 1991, con la collaborazione di Wayne Hector, Ina Wroldsen e Steve Mac, che l’ha anche prodotta insieme a Amir Amor.

Per quel che concerne il significato, nel brano la cantante si rivolge all’ormai ex fidanzato, riservandogli parole abbastanza pesanti ma tutte meritate: lui è un traditore e lei (ovviamente) è a dir poco sconfortata da questo. Alarm, fa riferimento al campanello d’allarme che è scattato nella sua testa, una volta capito che egli si sente e si frequenta con un’altra.
