Little Do You Know è il secondo singolo di Alex e& Sierra estratto da It’s About Us, primo disco in studio del duo statunitense pubblicato lo scorso 7 ottobre in Canada, Nuova Zelanda ed USA, che ha debuttato al numero 8 della Billboard 200, vendendo 27.000 copie nella prima settimana.
Il duo pop formato da Alex Kinsey e Sierra Deaton, diventato celebre a seguito della partecipazione ad X Factor US 3, ultima stagione andata in onda in America, si sono aggiudicati un contratto discografico da un milione di dollari con la Sony. C’è da aggiungere che sono stati il primo gruppo a trionfare alla versione statunitense del talent show.
A seguito della vittoria, Alex & Sierra hanno prima rilasciato Scarecrow, ed il 6 ottobre il brano in questione, accompagnato dal video ufficiale uscito su Youtube lo stesso giorno.
